Calling all basketball athletes ages 5-11! We are offering a spring session from April 7th to June 10th for any athlete wanting to get into the game. These practices will focus on fundamental movement skills and fundamental basketball skills and will include organized scrimmages during the practice times.
The 10 week session is 80$ and includes a shirt!

Basketball and Fundamental Movement skill sessions for beginners. Athletes will learn fundamental skills of passing, shooting, and dribbling and will begin to foster a love and passion for the game! The athletes will also learn about warming up, stretching, cooling down and the basic rules of the game. It is an introduction to the game of basketball.
Basketball skills practices. Athletes will learn and further develop their fundamental skills, offensive skills and defensive skills relating to basketball. They will work on shooting, layups, passing, dribbling, and rebounding. The athletes will also learn about the importance of warming up, stretching, and cooling down.
