2020/2021 MODIFIED SEASON REGISTRATION
With the uncertainty of our 2020/2021 season running due to COVID-19, we have decided to create a simplified registration process that would not require those who register to pay. This would allow us to still get numbers for our season in the event that it runs as scheduled and not have to charge those who register and then have the association provide mass refunds in the event that it is cancelled.
This form will be used until we can confirm the season, at which point, all those who signed up would be emailed and provided with our RAMP Registration link to complete their registration and pay the registration fee.
For those who have already signed up via our RAMP Registration link, your registration is still valid and complete and you do not have to complete this form. If you have registered through RAMP but not paid for your athlete, please do not worry about sending in fee's until we have concrete information on whether the season will be running.
We understand that registering without the certainty of the season running may not be an ideal situation, but we hope that this process and holding off on requiring registration fee's will help. We do not want to stop registration altogether as we want to be prepared in the event that the season runs as normal. As mentioned before, as soon as the season is hopefully confirmed, we will open registration through our RAMP registration platform.
